My reservation
After authorisation and on-line payment completion by your credit card or after your payment has been credited to ESTEC s.r.o. account for a completed reservation or booked service you will be automatically be sent an e-mail PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
In the e-mail is an internet link for repeated access to BOOKING INFORMATION on the ESTEC portal where you can PRINT HOTEL ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER and PRINT INVOICE if you have not already done so at the completion of your booking.
In BOOKING INFORMATION you can also find CANCEL RESERVATION in case you wish to cancel the reserved hotel or service.
In a case of a loss of the e-mail with internet link to the repeated reservation information access to the ESTEC portal please contact us by writing an e-mail on reservations@estec.cz or by telephone on the ESTEC s.r.o. company’s number +420 233 107 511.
It is possible in extreme cases to make the cancellation of the hotel reservation or of a booked service in writing by sending an e-mail to reservations@estec.cz e-mail address. The cancellation of reservation sent in writing by e-mail becomes valid on the return of an e-mail confirmation of the reservation cancellation from ESTEC to the ordering party. Telephone cancellation is not sufficient and is invalid.
In a case you want to cancel the hotel reservation at the booked hotel or the booked service at the place of the supplier of the service, this is also insufficient and invalid.
