HOTEL DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION
20 km south of Prague is located the village of Štiřín with its beautiful Hotel Castle Štiřín ****. On the site of today‘s castle, a fortress was built in the early 15th century. After the 30 year war, it was rebuilt as a castle with a garden. Remaining from the original fortress there are 3 jewel rooms on the ground floor. Castle Park with greenhouses was established with the great baroque reconstruction of the Štiřín castle in the second half of the 18th century. The basis of today‘s landscaping was laid down at the end of the 19th century. In 1985 a targeted and expert monument reconstruction of the twelve-hectare castle park was done. In the process of renewal of the castle park, a NINE HOLE GOLF COURSE was built with great feeling for landscaping detail. There are several GOLF TOURNAMENTS organized at the Hotel Castle Štiřín. At the original place a new tennis court was also constructed.

Historically the most valuable rooms in the castle interior are on the first floor. Today they serve as conference rooms and salons for guests. The Hotel Castle Štiřín consists of 5 buildings: Chateau, Salm‘s Court, House Arminia, House Jockey and House Atis (3 of them are connected to each other). This complex offers very exclusive accommodation in 3 extraordinary suites and 5 De Luxe double rooms in House Arminia, 14 single and double rooms in Salm‘s Court, 26 rooms in the Chateau building, 13 rooms in the House Jockey and 3 rooms in House Atis.
