Airport Transfers
Together with an on-line reservation of the selected hotel you can simultaneously book on-line the airport transfer to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport or both.
- After selecting the room type in the chosen hotel click on RESERVE.
- BOOKING FORM will be displayed
- In the BOOKING FORM tick transfer from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport or both.
- The transfers on offer connected with an on-line hotel reservation are run by private motorcars for a maximum of 3 persons. In case of a need to book transfer for 4 and more persons please contact our reservation department reservations@estec.cz
- Please confirm the ticked transfers by clicking on RESERVE SERVICE.
- To the field SPECIAL REQUESTS please enter arrival details (flight from where, expected time of arrival, number of flight) and departure (flight to where, expected departure, number of flight)
- You will be awaited at arrival by a driver of the transfer in the Prague airport arrival hall with an ESTEC placard bearing your surname
- The return airport transfer will pick you up at your Prague hotel about 2.5 hours prior to the expected time of departure specified by you. The exact time of the transfer’s arrival at the airport will be confirmed to you after the receipt of your payment for the hotel and transfer depending on the distance of the hotel reserved by you from the Prague airport.
- The transfer will be designated by ESTEC lettering and your surname.
- Check the total amount of the reservation including reserved transfers.
- Fill in all required details.
- Choose payment method - by credit card or bank transfer.
- Tick that you have read and agree to GENERAL BUSINESS AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS.
- Click on CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION.
