HOW TO MAKE AN ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION FOR PQ 2011 ?

Please check an accommodation from LIST OF AN OFFICIAL PQ 2011 ACCOMMODATION (PQ ACCOMMODATION LIST) and check accommodation location on the MAP WITH OFFICIAL PQ 2011 ACCOMMODATION (PQ ACCOMMODATION MAP)

A. ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS – INDIVIDUALS

I. ON-LINE RESERVATION (up to 6 persons )

1. Select your most suitable hotel from the PQ ACCOMMODATION LIST or from the PQ ACCOMMODATION MAP
   • Click on the selected hotel
   • In the case of your being interested to find out about available rooms on-line at the selected hotel, enter details of your arrival, departure and number of adults and children into the displayed search form with the title ON-LINE ROOM AVAILABILITY SEARCH.
   • After clicking on SEARCH AVAILABLE ROOMS available types of rooms will be displayed at the hotel within the period required by you.
   • If you wish to reserve the selected hotel please chose the required room type and click on RESERVE.
   • This will display BOOKING FORM.
   • If you require AIRPORT TRANSFER to the hotel and transfer from the hotel to the airport, please put a tick next to this service in BOOKING FORM.
   • Please confirm the ticked transfers by clicking BOOK SERVICE.
   • Please fill the field SPECIAL REQUESTS details about your arrival and departure in the case that you are booking a transfer from the airport or to the airport and specify other wishes that you might have (smoking, non-smoking room etc.)
   • IMPORTANT !!! PLEASE ALSO FILL THE FIELD SPECIAL REQUEST WITH CODE : PQ 2011 IN ORDER TO BE REGISTERED AS PQ 2011 VISITOR !!!
   • Check a total price of the reservation.
   • Fill-in all required details.
   • Please choose method of payment – by credit card or bank transfer.
   • Please tick that you have read and agreed to GENERAL BUSINESS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS.
   • Click to CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION.

2. Search availability in all PQ 2011 OFFICIAL HOTELS in your dates
   • Enter your arrival, departure, required location of the hotel, hotel type, category, number of adults and children into the search form ON-LINE SEARCH FOR AVAILABLE HOTELS on the home page of www.prague-hotel-operator.com.
   • In the field HOTEL TYPE select PQ 2011 HOTELS (in order to select from PQ OFFICIAL HOTELS only) or select ALL TYPE HOTELS (in order to select from ALL AVAILABLE HOTELS )
   • After clicking SEARCH FOR AVAILABLE HOTELS available hotels will be displayed on-line with choices of available types of room within the selected period and requirements entered by you.
   • You can sort the on-line choice of available hotels by category, price or display a list of the most-booked hotels.
   • The on-line hotel prices can be displayed EUR, USD or CZK.
   • After clicking on the name of the displayed hotel a new page will be opened with a detailed description of the hotel.
   • If you wish to reserve the selected hotel please chose the required room type and click on RESERVE.
   • This will display BOOKING FORM.
   • If you require AIRPORT TRANSFER to the hotel and transfer from the hotel to the airport, please put a tick next to this service in BOOKING FORM.

II. RESERVATION BY E-MAIL (any number of persons)

In case there is not enough on-line available accommodation capacity in your selected hotel or in your selected dates or in case you do not prefer on-line booking please send an e-mail with your request to our PQ 2011 official reservation assistance:
